  • If you have followed the instructions here and at the printer, but still experience problems, submit a support request using the Feedback/Support form.

Requesting a refund?

  • If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, complete the Feedback/Support form with full details of the transaction, including the Print In City location.

Over-the-counter payments (Guest users only)

  • If you paid by cash at the location and experienced an issue with your Prepaid Code or Job Code, speak directly to the on-site staff for assistance and refund options. Provide them with details of what went wrong and which device you used.
